Group therapy offers a supportive space where people can work on their mental health alongside others who truly understand what they’re going through. Guided by a Stephanie, group sessions combine professional support with shared experience which helps participants feel less alone, more understood, and more connected.
In group therapy, you'll learn practical coping skills, gain insight from different perspectives, and practice healthier ways of communicating and relating to others. Hearing how others navigate similar challenges can reduce shame, normalize emotions, and build confidence. The group setting also provides opportunities to develop trust, strengthen boundaries, and receive encouragement in real time.
Many people find group therapy both empowering and healing. No matter what struggle you’re working to address, group therapy creates a safe, consistent environment for growth, self-reflection, and meaningful change.
Teens & Sports Stress
This group therapy program supports teens who feel overwhelmed by practices, competition, expectations, or fear of letting others down. In a supportive group setting, teens learn skills to manage anxiety, cope with stress and fatigue, build confidence, and reconnect with why they play. Group sessions offer a space to feel understood, reduce isolation, and develop healthier ways to handle both wins and setbacks—on and off the field.
Offered virtually on Sunday evenings.
