Stephanie is a native of the Indianapolis area and has over 8 years of experience working as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor/Licensed Professional Counselor. She completed her Masters in Mental Health Counseling at the University of the Cumberlands and has a Masters in Addiction Counseling from there as well. Stephanie’s undergraduate studies were completed at Butler University where she majored in Education while playing a collegiate sport. She is very well versed with the school systems, growing up as an athlete and the stressors that people experience throughout their educational and sports careers.

Stephanie aims to meet clients where they are at. She approaches clients with a number of different methods, but primarily focuses on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques. She feels that when clients understand the emotions behind their situation and what brings them to counseling, they will be able to take control of their journey and move forward on a more positive path.
Specialty Areas
Teen/young adult anxiety, self-esteem, academic pressure, sports stress, emotional regulation, family communication and young-adult transitions.
Stephanie works with children, teens and young adults up to age 26.

Prices shown are the self-pay rate. If using insurance for services provided, price per session will vary based on benefits, eligibility and copays.
Stephanie sees clients in-person on Mondays & Wednesdays and virtually all other days of the week! Group therapy is currently held virtually only.

Stephanie hosts a variety of different groups throughout the year. Most groups are targeted for specific stressors.
Cost: $250-300 per group duration. Groups typically consist of 4-6 total sessions.

I hold a 24-hour cancellation policy.
Cancellations less than 24-hours prior to scheduled session will be charged the full session fee.
